1. General
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all photography services and products provided by Levin Views, owned by Taliya Levin, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

By booking or purchasing any service, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Services
Levin Views offers high-end photography in the areas of interior, architectural, and event imagery.
Specific services, pricing, and deliverables are defined individually in written offers or agreements.

3. Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once written acceptance (by email or signature) has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 30–50% may be required to secure the booking.
The remaining amount is due upon delivery of the final images.
In the event of cancellation, Levin Views reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover reserved time and preparation costs.

4. Usage Rights
All images remain the intellectual property of Levin Views unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a license for usage according to the agreed purpose (e.g., marketing, website, print).
Any resale, transfer, or third-party use requires prior written permission.

Levin Views reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, or social media unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing before the shoot.

5. Liability
Levin Views is committed to delivering professional quality and care in all services.
Liability for damages is limited to cases of gross negligence or intent.
Levin Views is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, or force majeure (e.g., technical failures, illness, or natural events).

6. Data Protection
Personal data collected during inquiries or bookings is handled confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG).

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
